Developer: Asterlab Group
Effective Date: November 7, 2026
Google Play Store & AdMob Policy Compliance
Overview: PuzzleLingo Kids is designed to provide a safe, educational, and engaging puzzle experience for children and families. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, especially children.

1. Information We Collect

PuzzleLingo Kids does not require user accounts, email registration, phone numbers, or passwords. We do not collect or store any directly identifiable personal information such as your name, home address, or contacts.

Local Game Storage: We store basic game progress (stars earned, completed puzzle IDs, sound on/off preference) locally on your device using Android local storage. This information never leaves your device and is permanently removed if you clear app storage or uninstall the application.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)

To support ongoing game development and provide free access to educational content, PuzzleLingo Kids integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).

AdMob Data Processing:

Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers and device diagnostic data to deliver advertisements, prevent ad fraud, and monitor ad performance. This includes:

  • Device information (hardware model, operating system version, system language)
  • Coarse network state and IP address for geolocation-level ad routing
  • Ad interaction metrics (views, clicks, impressions)

For full details on how Google processes ad data, please review:
Google Privacy & Terms — Advertising

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

We take the protection of minors seriously. PuzzleLingo Kids adheres to the standards of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K):

4. Permissions Requested

The application requests only minimal, necessary system permissions:

The app does not access cameras, microphones, contacts, external storage, SMS, or precise location.

5. Opt-Out and Managing Ad Preferences

Users and parents can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking directly via Android device settings:

Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or Reset Advertising ID.

6. Data Security and Retention

Since we do not operate remote databases storing user profiles, we do not retain your personal records. Local game progress remains strictly on your local device hardware.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect updates in Google Play policies, AdMob SDK requirements, or applicable laws. Any modifications will be posted directly to this URL with a revised effective date.
